Do you accept insurance?

We accept Medicaid, Health Choice, and other insurances. For those without insurance, we offer reduced fees based on household income.

Who makes referrals?

We take referrals from a number of sources across the state, including schools, social workers, and non-profits. Although the individual may be referred through another source, the client should call to set up the screening appointment unless client is being referred from hospital or other inpatient setting.

How much does an appointment cost?

With Medicaid, HealthChoice, and other insurances, the client pays the co-pay amount determined by the insurance. If the client does not have insurance, we determine the cost based on a sliding fee scaled based on household income.
